Last week, I put out a call to share the makers, brands, and shops that have gotten our heart rates up lately. It was incredibly exciting and moving to see all of the subsequent tags and comments roll in. I personally discovered several new-to-me brands that I am thrilled to have the opportunity to support in the coming year.

I have since compiled all of our picks and am now so pleased to share with you the Directory of Right Now, a crowdsourced database created entirely in collaboration with this Creativity in the Time of Capitalism community—both here and on Instagram.

Please bear in mind that this is not a comprehensive directory of all of the best brands ever, this is a response to the prompt: what is exciting you right now.
